Painting On Ceramic Tiles

The environments where they protect the walls and floors with ceramic tiles or as bathrooms or kitchens, can be painted with special paints to reschedule some of the color or decorative form.

Type of paint used
Since this is a very smooth surface, with virtually no porosity in which to take the new paint is applied to the product must be specially formulated for this kind of materials.

* Two component epoxy paint was prepared at the time of application, since the liquid form of paint can last a few hours to 2 days, after this time the painting may not be used.
* Synthetic Enamel ceramic surfaces: Lately this is the material that many brands are produced especially for this type of paint surfaces, is most recommended for such work.
* Synthetic Enamel finishing ceramics: These materials may or may not be suitable for work on ceramic surfaces. Its main feature is the ultra glossy finish that is washable and super material that can not, perfectly imitating the ceramic.

Surface Preparation
We are rid of the annoying task of sanding. And let us concentrate on the surface as clean as possible. Must be free of soap, grasitud, Verdin, mushrooms and anything else that may affect the adhesion of material to apply. To achieve this, a detergent can be used mainly in the kitchen, and then performs a wash with muriatic acid, or alcohol lavandin. The acid must be rinsed with water.

Paint Procedure
The application is simple and use a foam roller or compact soft fleece, to make a good finish, preferably a soft bristle brush so as not to leave scratches. Hands, as needed to cover, usually two.
