In today’s busy world, taking a few moments out of the day to really treasure the one you’re with can be hard. Break through this problem with French mirrors that not only allow you to add elegance to a room, but they are also clearly functional. Who doesn’t need to use a mirror just to make sure that every detail of their outfit is in its proper place?

Now that we have an idea on how to create a bedroom theme that any romantic would love, the only question that remains is how to actually acquire the things that we need. Well, if you’re looking for a place to get each component from, you can’t go wrong with choosing Out There Interiors. They are a store that truly understand show important it is to have that final finishing touch for any room that you want to redecorate. Shipping is very fast and because of the nature of what’s being shipped; items are handled a lot more carefully than at other places that focus more on volume than actual quality.

Adjustable Air Bed Cleaning Tips

Oct 20th, 2010 Posted in Bedroom | no comment »

No matter how busy you are, it is a must that you regularly clean your house. Keeping your home clean is one way to test your responsibility as an independent person. Parents make it a habit to train their kids early by asking them to clean their rooms. Cleaning is one way of knowing how organized you are also, and what better way to show that you are indeed an organized person than by showing to everyone that you can keep your bedroom gleaming with cleanliness by keeping the overall fixture of your bed.

No one wants to sleep on a filthy bed, especially if you own an adjustable one. This bed usually costs a fortune and although it comes with a warranty, sometimes it can be too much of a hassle to drive to the dealer and get a replacement. The only way to keep your adjustable bed or your adjustable mattress in tip top shape is to clean it regularly. And although this type of bed is dust mite resistant, you should make it a habit to keep it spic and span at all times. Remember that you lie on this bed for eight hours or more depending on how tired you are. You use this bed as a means for you to relax after a long day at work. Your bed is your comfort zone, a place where you can peruse your favorite magazines and books, a solace where you can catch your beloved soap operas and series. This is one area where you can recharge energy to enable you to get ready for another harrowing day at work.

Bear in mind that this bed costs a lot of money, so you may not want to ruin it lest you risk throwing your money down in the dumps as well. Considering this, having an adjustable air bed becomes one form of major investment, so take care of it always to make it long lasting.

Keep in mind also that having a clean bed will make you feel more rested and comfortable, as this is one way of maintaining the overall sanitation of your home. Most people spend a lot of time keeping their bedrooms clean and in order to achieve that feat, and every nook and cranny of their bedroom should be pristine as well. The pillows should be washed regularly and pillow cases, blankets and bed sheets should also be.

How do you clean an adjustable bed? What is the best method that you can apply in order for your adjustable mattress to remain clean and in perfect working condition? You can follow some of these simple methods:

Let’s go back to the very beginning, during the time where you first bought the bed. Maybe you are pretty excited to sleep on it since you had an overview of what it feels like when you lie down inside the showroom, but it is best to curb your excitement a little longer because you should not sleep or use your bed immediately. Give it a day or two for the bed to adjust to the temperature setting of your room. Allow it to have a breathing room to release the compression of the mattresses because if you sleep on it immediately, it will dip and sag easily.

Use a top cover to protect the exterior of your bed. This will also keep your bed from contracting external dirt or unnecessary moisture. It is easier to clean an adjustable mattress when you originally use a top cover.

Use your bare hands first in dusting off the exterior of the bed. Then use a duster or a small vacuum cleaner for the secondary dust, this way you can make sure that there will be no more dirt visible on the naked eye. You can also use a clean piece of damp cloth to clean the surface of the bed.

Never eat on your bed to avoid stains, but if you feel the need to partake on that midnight snack and have accidentally stained your bed then do not panic. Instead, make a natural cleaning solution, mixing a cup of lemon juice in another cup of lukewarm water. Combine the mixture together and place them in a spray bottle. Spray the prepared solution on the stained area and allow it to settle for a few minutes before wiping it off using a clean cloth. Repeat the process again until the stain comes off.

To avoid dust and mold from collecting, make it a habit to take your mattress to soak it out under the sun once in awhile. After the process of soaking, you can sprinkle baking soda all over the bed to prevent it from acquiring a moldy smell.

Unique Design: Elastic Shelf

Sep 2nd, 2010 Posted in Home Accessories | no comment »

Unique Design, the Elastic ShelfInvisible shelves, ladders, mathematics, folding … There are many types racks we’ve seen, but I sense that we will never fail to have new designs to show they are extremely useful, and they can contribute much to the decor the house.

The needs and tastes in every home are different. So I think that having a broad overview of the different models can be found on shelves is very advantageous. This would not have it stick with the classic designs in terms of shelves are concerned.

So today is the turn of a very particular design, it is an elastic shelf. I think that this design would be great in an office, but could also go in the bedroom.

To understand this system, the shelf is made with a rubber band placed between two cylindrical elements (in this case) that are screwed into the wall, depending on the size of books, CD’s or other things that place. Whatever we decide to place the object on the shelf, the rubber is capable of not conforming.

Thus, by their features on this shelf you can save all, and divide it so that one side is higher than the other, how, by placing the height we want a book, higher than others, a wooden board or cardboard.
