- To prevent insects, fungi, bacteria and viruses, nothing better than having the plants strong and vigorous.
- Collect and burn the leaves that have been attacked by fungi.
- If the environment of your garden fungus attacks Seiridium hedges or trees in cypress, macrocarpa or Arizona, do not plant these species, but others that are not susceptible to Seiridium is likely to become infected.
- Are there any plants that repel pests. It is not 100% effective, but it helps. For example, a garden or scented garden surrounded by some as Salvia, Ruda Romero or lavender, or the usual crop, Mint, Tarragon, Thyme and Basil.
- Use insecticides and fungicides allowed in Organic Agriculture:
Copper fungicide (Bordeaux broth)
Sulfur fungicide
Liquid Ortigas
Potash Soap
Bacillus thuringiensis (biological insecticide), etc.
- Review the plants by hand and catch beetles, caterpillars, worms, snails and slugs, removing Cochinilla.
- The oloríficas Pheromones are chemicals emitted by insects, for example, of a sexual nature. Today is chemically synthesized sex pheromones of many pests. Are used to control them in different ways:
- For mass trapping of males.
- To confuse the males and not mated.
- To follow the evolution of a pest (line of flight).
- Traps are color plates by color attracts insect pests. Are coated with a glue and they are attached.
Trips to capture blue plate.
Yellow plate to capture Whiteflies and aphids.
- Biological: distribute and collect insects, for example, Mariquita eats aphids. They also sell specialized companies.
- Insectivorous birds by placing feeders are favored, drinking, nesting boxes and planting a variety of flowers.

If you never do landscaping before then you should do it because it’s fun. The interesting side is we can choose the different things we want to do with our garden and actually make it happen with our own hands. But before we start to do landscaping we need to consider several aspects like how much our budget, our skill about landscaping, our tastes in design and where will we want to attain the kind of look etc. By considering all of these aspects we will get helped chart out or planning what we want to do with our yard. Otherwise we also need to ensure that our yard design plan is match with the design of our house. Once we’ve finished these matter then we are ready to start on the landscaping of our yard.
There are a few things to consider while doing our own landscaping like incorporate a variety of hardscape features like walls and fences into the landscaping design. BY doing this all of design elements of our landscaping mesh well with each other. We also need to consider planting some trees, flowers and shrubs that bloom all the year round. We can choose planting trees and flowering plants that bloom seasonally. To make beautiful focal points in our landscape design we can install water features such us fountain and ponds in our yard.
