Galley kitchens consist of two parallel benchtops and work areas, with a narrow aisle in between. The aisle should be at least 1500mm – 2000mm wide. A roller blinds is made up of a series of strips (or sheets) which are coupled in tongue and groove edges, so are perfectly fitted to close them.
